Our methodology is based on several factors:
- We only do projects that drive a business result for our clients. In other words, there has to be a clear reason as to how the client is going to make money and provide customer value by using the technology they want us to install. If they don't have a good reason, and we can't find one, then we don't take the job.
- We know how to strategize, invent, write, design, build, deliver, install, and maintain the experience we develop for our customers. When it comes to developing a customer experience and creating a great business environment, most companies can only create a small part of that experience. We have the ability to do each and every part required. (That said, we are always happy to partner with our customers' other partners and vendors to leverage all of the strengths and relationships that they may already have in place.)
- We're staffed by experts in business and theater. On-staff, we have business experts in strategy, finance, sales, marketing, training, managing, and project management. But we also have staff with extensive theater backgrounds; they've written, directed, invented, and built shows and exhibits for Broadway, Off-Broadway, TV, and theme parks. The environments we create, then, are dynamic and memorable, and they're based on sound forward-looking business principles.
